Focus Neuromeditation (6 Week Class)

6 week Focus NeuroMeditation class for college students and/or professionals seeking to improve concentration and/or manage symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, depression and cognitive decline.

Each week we’ll review the evidence related to the science of Focus meditation and experiences designed to provide each participant with the opportunity to pick & choose the tools and techniques that work best for them. Finally we will provide opportunities for all to share and learn from fellow group members.

Between classes, you’ll practice specific exercises to advance and refine your learning.

Wonder what’s going on in your brain when you practice Focus?

  • Strengthening concentration & focus, resilience, Self-Awareness, mental toughness
  • Define the focus meditation style
  • Experience a variety of tools and techniques which you’ll learn to tweak to work best for you.
  • Discuss how incorporating focus into your daily life can shift from a state to a trait.
