Employer Recognition/ Assessment Tool

Based on the Centers for Disease Control and Health Promotion (CDC) Health Scorecard and other evidence based tools. Participating employers benefit from the opportunity to assess their programs and receive feedback with tools and actionable steps to move their programs forward with confidence, toward a comprehensive program design. Our tool celebrates achievements and supports progress at every stage from startup to maturity with ongoing education, training opportunities and technical assistance.

Our staff

Recognized worksite wellness subject matter experts, master trainers and Master Certified Health Education Specialists (MCHES) with advanced degrees in the field. Have worked in a variety of positions including management and “in-the-trenches”, our staff is experienced creating, managing and evaluating award winning programs throughout the United States.
